Late cancellation policy you have 48 hours to notify us when canceling or reschedule your appointment. Notice may be givin by email, text, or phone. Failure to notify us on time will loose security deposit. If you wish to schedule another appointment you have to leave another deposit.
Early cancellations security deposit can be used to reschedule another cleaning that was canceled before 48 hours . All security deposits are non refundable may only be used towards a future cleaning.
Emergencies security deposit will go towards a further booking in any event For health reasons after the 48 hours.Please forward our office documentation and we will credit your account. If documentation is not forward we can't credit your account.
Payment options
You have to opinions to make payments
1 option
You have 24 hours to make payment in full before your scheduled appointment. Failure to make payment your cleaning appointment will be voided
2 option
You have 24 hours to make pay half of the booking and the other half is due when cleaners arrive to your house. If payment is not paid when cleaners arrive. You appointment will be canceled. You will have to pay for 10 $ fee to reschedule.
Cleaning refunds. In any event we can't clean your home we wil refund you your deposit back . We do not refund money if customers are not happy with our service. If you are not happy with our service please give our team members the opportunity to fix the areas your not happy with We want make sure all our customers are satisfied.
